A good beginning step when you want to start eating more healthily is to rid you home of all founds that do not into healthy categories. Keep junk foods and beverages out of your house so that you will not be tempted to snack during the day. HOW DO I GET RID OF THIS ACNE THING
So you want to know…HOW DO I GET RID OF THIS BACNE THING. Are
you tired of these nasty little monsters, on your shoulders,
back and BUTT? Well after fifteen years of acne problems and
several visits to the dermatologist I know what works….wouldn’t
you like to know too…
This problem is affectionately called BACNE, and it tends to
form on back, upper arms, and even you’re BUTT. And these nasty
little monsters can take for form of blackheads, pustules and
cysts and they can be very painful physically and emotionally. I
know you are already dealing with the mental torment of trying
to figure out how to fix this, but because of where they occur I
know that you also have to deal with a lot of embarrassment or
just stay covered up….what’s the fun in that especially when
it’s summer time.

around puberty just like facial acne. Its cause is similar i.e.

(skin oil) resulting in the hair follicles becoming clogged up
and infected. Like face acne stress, oily foods, excessive
sweating and genetics play a role in back acne. But even worse
than this, medical science has shown that the pores of the skin
on the body are different from the face; they are far bigger and
more active…end result is MORE ACNE. And if you stay covered up
most of the time because you are trying to hide the acne this
would only make it worse.

Basically you treat it just like you would facial acne, meaning
if it is mild to moderate you need a powerful targeted topical
solution. If however you have severe acne on you body in the

COMMON CHEMICALS MAY DELAY PREGNANCY
Chemicals known as per fluorinated chemicals, which are pervasive in food packaging, pesticides, clothing, carpet and personal care products may delay pregnancy, anew study suggest.
These chemicals are being phased out in the United states because of the toxic effects, and expected to be completely gone by 2010. however they remain in the environment and in the body for decays.
These chemicals apparently lower the fertility in couples trying to get pregnant said lead research Dr. Jorn Olsen, chairman of the Dept od Epidemiology at UCLA's School of Public Health.
Why these chemicals would delay pregnancy isn't known yet, Olsen said, but they may affect hormones involved in reproduction.
